Since the company has obtained approval for extension of holding of Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2017 from Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Telangana.
The compliance of aforesaid regulations will be done after approval of the Annual Report by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on or before December, 2017 and the  same has been already intimated to the exchanges on 30.08.2017.
